Your Role:
As the Partner Success Manager, you will be key to ensuring our new partners experience seamless and supportive onboarding. You’ll work across project management, client relations, and process optimization—making a real impact on our company’s growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding:
  • Coordinate the seamless integration of new clients, ensuring implementations are on time, within scope, and meet our high-quality standards.
Project Management:
  • Oversee complete project lifecycles, working closely with tech, operations, and regulatory teams to achieve our business goals.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the onboarding process.
Process Optimization:
  • Refine onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to our scalable business model.
Product & Technical Advocacy:
  • Maintain a solid understanding of our product’s core functionality and communicate its value internally and externally.
Your Qualifications:
  • Some experience in project management or client services—your unique skills and perspective are what count most.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). A Master’s degree is a plus, but not essential.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • A passion for learning, collaboration, and driving meaningful change.
