As a Junior Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and assist in building user-focused solutions for our products. You’ll contribute to the creation and iteration of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with user insights and business goals. Working closely with senior product managers and stakeholders, you will support the development, launch, and iteration of new features, while analyzing performance metrics and market trends to drive optimization. Product Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and business, to define product requirements.
Assist in building intuitive, user-focused solutions for our pension products.
Contribute to the creation and iteration of product roadmaps based on user insights and business goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with senior product managers and founders to align on strategic objectives.
Act as a key liaison between engineering, design, and business & sales teams, translating complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
Gather and document requirements from both internal and external stakeholders.
Execution & Delivery:
Support the development and launch of new product features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Test and validate product improvements, actively seeking feedback to drive continuous iteration.
Analytics & Optimization:
Analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
Participate in customer research and user testing to validate product features and improve attractiveness.
AI & Technical Advocacy:
Maintain a high-level understanding of AI concepts and how they apply to the product’s core functionality, ensuring effective communication with technical teams.
Champion the product’s AI value proposition, both internally and externally, articulating how our solution addresses industry-specific challenges.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience (including internships) in product management, project management, or a similar role, ideally in a technology-driven environment.
Basic understanding of the financial services or FinTech landscape is a plus.
Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, adept at managing multiple projects in high-pressure settings.
Excels in organizational tasks with a keen ability to prioritize and adapt effectively in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a genuine passion for innovation and startups.
Fluency in English is essential; German or other European languages are a plus.
