With our new FinTech, we are entering a regulated 100 billion Euro market while being backed by various unicorn founders, senior industry executives, and various global tier 1 VC investors.
You will get the opportunity to join a fast-scaling startup as one of the first employees and you will work directly with the founders.

We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to join us full-time asap.

Your Role:

• As the Senior AI Developer, you will be at the forefront of our AI strategy, shaping and implementing innovative AI-driven solutions to enhance our digital advisory products.
• Your role will involve architecting and developing AI features that harness the power of agentic graphs, large language models (LLMs), knowledge representations, vector search, RAG and statistical data.
• Working closely with the founding team, you will drive the technical development of our AI-powered digital advisory and purchasing journeys, providing an unparalleled level of convenience and personalization to end customers via our B2B partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

AI Architecture & Development:

• Architect and develop AI-driven solutions, leveraging agentic graphs, LLMs, knowledge graphs, vector search and RAG to create intuitive and informative user experiences in financial advisory.
• Work with Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks to build robust, scalable models and solutions that align with our mission of cost-efficiency and user convenience.

MLOps:

• Work with the team on deploying, fine-tuning and running LLMs using different frameworks and tools (AWS SageMaker, NVIDIA NIM)
• Work with the team on evaluating and monitoring LLMs for AI feature fitness and compliance

Data Engineering & Analysis:

• Develop pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and processing to support AI model training, testing, and deployment in production environments.
• Utilise statistical analysis and machine learning to optimise our recommendation systems and AI-powered advisory models

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to ensure AI solutions meet business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Engage with partners and stakeholders to understand their needs and refine AI features accordingly, creating a seamless experience for B2B clients and their end users.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and excellence.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into our products.
• Conduct ongoing research to enhance the effectiveness of our digital advisory solutions, balancing accuracy and computational efficiency to achieve the highest standards of AI-powered user experiences.
• Proactively address potential challenges in data integrity, model performance, and scalability to ensure reliability and compliance.

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, knowledge representation, reasoning and vector search.
• Proven experience with Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar; strong expertise in building and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with NLP, knowledge representation, and agentic graph structures; experience with data engineering and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, innovative mindset, ready to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
