We're an early stage FinTech founded by an experienced founder team who built multi-million Euro startups before. With our new FinTech we are entering a regulated 100 billion Euro market, while being backed by various unicorn founders, senior industry executives and various global tier 1 VC investors.

You will get the opportunity to join a fast scaling startup as one of the first employees and you will work directly with the founders.

We are looking for an AI Development Intern to join us full-time asap.

Your Role:

Your Role:

• As an AI Development Intern, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our AI-driven pension-saving solutions
• Your role involves working closely with our AI and development teams to research, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI technologies
• You will contribute to various stages of AI development, including semantic indexing, conversational modeling, and language model training.
• This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of AI application in the fintech sector

Your Key Responsibilities:

AI Research and Development:

• Develop features for semantic indexing and retrieval to enhance the user experience in our digital advice and sales journeys.
• Work on language model training and usage, focusing on integrating and optimizing these models within our product suite.

Language Model Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Monitor the performance of deployed language models, identifying areas for improvement.
• Evaluate new language model iterations, ensuring they meet our standards for accuracy and efficiency.

General Machine Learning Application:

• Explore and implement general machine learning use cases that can enhance our financial products and services.
• Work on projects involving predictive analytics, customer behavior analysis, and AI-driven financial advice tools.

Collaboration and Learning:

• Collaborate with various teams, including product management, AI research, and leadership, to understand and contribute to the broader goals of the company.
• Participate in learning opportunities to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and fintech.

Your Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong foundational knowledge in AI, machine learning and natural language processing.
• Demonstrable skills in Python, TypeScript is a plus.
• Passion for technology and innovation, particularly in the fintech and AI domains.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment located in Cologne.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus.
