We're an early stage FinTech founded by an experienced founder team who built multi-million Euro startups before. With our new FinTech we are entering a regulated 100 billion Euro market, while being backed by various unicorn founders, senior industry executives and various global tier 1 VC investors.
You will get the opportunity to join a fast scaling startup as one of the first employees and you will work directly with the founders. We are looking for an Asset Management Intern to join us full-time asap. 

Your Role:

• As an Intern in Asset Management, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the realization of our mission and vision.
• Your role will be multifaceted, providing assistance directly to the founders in a wide range of activities, from strategic and financial analysis
  to optimizing products.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insight and contribute to various aspects of a rapidly growing FinTech startup.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analysis & Support:

• Assist in conducting strategic analysis to identify market trends, potential business opportunities, and areas for product enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of business strategies in alignment with the company's mission and vision.

Investment Analysis & Strategy:

• Engage in comprehensive market research to discern financial trends and pinpoint investment opportunities.
• Collaborate in devising quantitative and qualitative investment strategies, aligning with our mission to lower costs and simplify products.

Product Development & Innovation:

• Contribute innovative ideas for product development, refining our offerings to align with client needs and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in managing the development of investment products, from concept through development to launch, ensuring a fit with market
  demand and our strategic vision.

KPI-Based Performance Measurement System:

• Assist in creating and implementing a KPI-based performance measurement system to monitor and evaluate the company's progress towards its goals.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights on key performance indicators.
  
  
  
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Strong interest in FinTech, digital finance solutions, and the pension savings market.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take on diverse tasks in a dynamic startup environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, comfortable working in a collaborative setting.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
